Our injection molding centre comprises of almost 80 plastic
injection molding machines with clamping forces between
50 and 250 tones and a wide range of shot weights. We
have silicon injection molding machine and the state of
the art magnesium injection molding machine. Our Class
100K clean rooms also cater for injection molding machines
with 100 -150 tones of clamping forces.
Our capabilities of injection molding extend to double
injection molding, overmolding, insert molding with
our controlled environment and are experts in processing
more advanced thermoplastics such as PEEK and PEI. With
increased production yield and quality, less manual
assembly and simplified processing, we can make visually
appealing, leading edge products with more cost effective
approach.
