Product design begins with delivering highest quality of products as the ultimate goal with reduced lead time and optimize components and assemblies.

Our Engineers are able to identify potential quality or reliability risks early and , in conjunction with the customer, adjust the design to eliminate them before mould tool production commences. Our experience covers single, multi-cavity and family mold tooling, Different quality control process such as APQP and FMEA are adopted to ensure customer specifications are consistently achieved.

Investment in the state of the art, high speed CAD/CAM technology and provide trainings to our toolmakers allows us to reduce lead times and giving a higher yet more economical tooling turnover.

Unigraphics and AutoCAD are our main computer aided design programs used, but we are also converse with other formats such as SolidWorks and ProE. Our knowledge in tooling making allows us to assists our clients to undertake Mold Flow Analysis.

In house tooling  
The benefits of having in house tooling are multifold to our business and to our clients. Whilst most companies claim tooling facilities, most are very basic or outsourced but with MediConcepts our tooling is truly in house where turn around is much quicker. Where after the initial injection trials, we are able to tweak, refine and modify the tools in short space of time and having the immediate benefit and full understanding of the initial tool performance. This saves time for our client, improves quality, increases performance and allows us to have a head start on others when it comes to getting the product to market much quicker.
