Overview
MediConcepts Limited is a Hong Kong medical device contract
manufacturer with manufacturing facilities in China. It has
dedicated over a decade to the medical business and is part
of a manufacturing group with 30 years of manufacturing know
how and history. With this solid foundation it has enabled us
to develop and build our success on partnerships in various
medical fields. Such partnerships, whether in long term contract
manufacturing or R&D, they are all vitally important as
we gain important technical knowledge and know how which is
required to meet the challenges of today's medical business.
MediConcepts' manufacturing facilities in China include plastic
injection molding, liquid silicone injection molding (LIM),
assembly line, sewing, oven drying, ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic
cleaning and packaging all contained within a class 100,000
clean room environment. This capability allows the manufacturing
of devices up to class II FDA or class II ISO 13485. In addition
to the mentioned facilities we also have facilities of the
same nature in controlled environments which can cater for
manufacturing for devices to Class I category along with dedicated
sterilization facilities.
